ResumeAI does not require user accounts. Sessions are identified by a random UUID.

Uploaded resumes and generated files are automatically deleted after 7 days.

We do not sell, share, or use your resume data for any purpose other than generating your optimized resume.

We use OpenAI's API to analyze and generate resumes. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to data processed through their service.

Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent) are collected for abuse prevention and deleted within 30 days.
